There’s no need to panic. Isabelle is in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, as you might have already known if you’ve seen any of the trailers.

Isabelle now works for Nook Inc. helping Tom, Timmy and Tommy out with anything that they need during the early stages of your adventure.

As you progress through the game, Tom Nook eventually builds the Town Hall, and it’s here where you’ll find Isabelle spending most of her days in New Horizons, just as she did in New Leaf.

Isabelle in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Once the Town Hall is built, you can speak to Isabelle for changing the island tune, the island flag, get an evaluation of how the island is doing, and report villagers with offensive language or designs. In other words, she’s there to make your island life even easier.

Outside of that, Isabelle doesn’t have any major exciting features you need to know about in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It’s business as usual for the adorable doggo.
