Gotham Knights is upon us, Bat-family. And while it may not offer the same sort of Arkham-like feel as fans had been hoping for, some of the elements from the past still shine through. That is particularly true when it comes to collectable side activities. Instead of the Riddler trophies of old, we’re going to walk you through all batarang locations in Gotham Knights.

Gotham Knights Batarang Guide

There are 60 batarangs in total for players to find, stretching from North Gotham to New Gotham and everything else along the way. Some can be found by notable landmarks while others are either put up on the rooftops or sides of a building. When it’s the latter, players will have to strafe alongside the building to secure the batarang.

Let’s go district by district in order to find them all. Every marker you see below is placed as closely to the batarang location as possible. While it may take some AR scanning on occasion, these markers should lead you right to the collectables.

Batarang Locations in Gotham Knights

North Gotham Batarangs

We’ll be going in batches of 12 going forward, with five batches in total, starting in North Gotham. So without further ado, here’s a closer look at where they’re located.

Batarang #1

Gotham Heights — Located on top of the Yacht Club building, between Aparo Bridge and University Drive. Oftentimes if a batarang is on a building, it will be at the very top. There are exceptions, however.

Batarang #2

Gotham Heights — Located between Exhibition Avenue and Chambers Street, on the side of a building. Scanning with your AR device is always a good idea, as several buildings in Gotham City have lower ledges that are sometimes hiding batarangs.

Batarang #3

Gotham Heights — Located on a chimney close to an alleyway between Bierce Avenue and Hemlock Street. There is a lamp post almost directly below the area in question.

Batarang #4

Gotham Heights — Located on top of the “O” of Robbins Insurance Company. The tall building stands out, and can be found near University Drive and Hemlock Street. The player will have to hang from the roof/ledge and shimmy over to secure it.

Batarang #5

Gotham Heights — Head to Gotham University and you will find this one located toward the right of the statue that rests at the center of Gotham U. There is a statue holding the batarang just off to the right.

Batarang #6

Gotham Heights — Located behind the Gotham City Reservoir building, in front of the first of three large pipes. Once you get to the marker, those three pipes are very easy to see.

Batarang #7

Robinson Park — Located on the other side of the bridge in front of the Gotham City Reservoir, near the end of the bridge and on the right side of the building. An AR scan will help considerably here.

Batarang #8

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Robinson Park — Located at the top of the SunDollar Coffee Shop near the center of Robinson Park. The SunDollar Coffee Shop sign is small and can be missed, so try to approach from the front of the building.

Batarang #9

Robinson Park — Located directly behind and slightly to the left of the SunDollar Coffee Shop, when facing the front of the store. It can be found on top of an abandoned greenhouse.

Batarang #10

Bristol — Located in a small alleyway, look for LeBlanc near the center of Bristol Street. It is attached to a wall. There are a handful of alleyways hiding batarangs, so when you get close to this marker, be sure to scan just in case.

Batarang #11

Bristol — Located on top of a water tower in front of the Blasdell Gas Station as you head towards Mercy Avenue. There are numerous water towers throughout Gotham City. If you’re ever in an area with more than one, another use of the AR scan helps.

Batarang #12

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bristol — Located on the roof of an apartment complex, the particular building will be found in front of Exhibition Avenue closest to the river. The apartment complexes will oftentimes keep those batarangs on the lower ledges.

Lower Gotham Batarangs

Instead of two districts like our previous section, Lower Gotham’s batarangs can be found exclusively between two separate districts — Southside and The Cauldron.

Batarang #1

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Southside — Located between Gotham Bay Bridge and Ocran Chemical Plant on a wooden pillar. Fortunately, you won’t have to travel too far for the next one.

Batarang #2

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Southside — Located inside an opening underneath the Gotham Bay Bridge. This will be on or near a shipping container. Most of the time when you’re under a bridge, it’s difficult to see much. Be sure to change that by scanning the ol’ AR. If you’re really stumped and haven’t followed the marker, that’s the greatest tool at your disposal.

Batarang #3

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Southside — Located at the Dixon Docks on top of a crane. It’s the crane closest to the water, for what it’s worth.

Batarang #4

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Southside — Located at the top of WayneTech on Dixon Avenue. It may not be at the very top but instead on one of the ledges.

Batarang #5

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Southside — Located near the factory between Bryant Street and Lyntown Avenue, about halfway up the tower at the center of the factory.

Batarang #6

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Southside — Located at the very top of S.T.A.R. Labs on Port Street. If you haven’t started the Mr. Freeze missions here, the first one will trigger as you approach S.T.A.R. Labs. That said, you can ignore it and carry on with your patrol until you feel like starting these.

Batarang #7

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Southside — Located on Third Street, at the very top of Cobblepot Steel Tower. You cannot miss it on the map, and you cannot miss the highest point. A win-win.

Batarang #8

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

The Cauldron — Located at the top of the Train Storage building, near Madison Street. This area is a bit more open and it will be easy to spot the batarang when you get close.

Batarang #9

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

The Cauldron — Located close to Volczek Street, at the very top of the STAGG building. You will see STAGG on the front-right side of the building; that’s where your batarang is.

Batarang #10

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

The Cauldron — Located at the top of a water tower close to McCrea Street. Pro tip: Any time a water tower is involved, the batarang is resting at the top. You will read this at least two times throughout this guide.

Batarang #11

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

The Cauldron — Located underneath the Gate Street bridge but at the top of Big Belly Restaurant. It is directly under the bridge, and the restaurant is one of the last buildings on that stretch of road.

Batarang #12

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

The Cauldron — Located underneath the train tracks east of Gate Street near the Washer Dryer building. The train tracks are out in the open, and you cannot miss it. But if you do, AR scan is your best friend.

New Gotham Batarangs

If you’ve caught on by now that each section is comprised of 12 batarangs, good! New Gotham splits theirs up between two districts — the Bowery and Otisburg.

Batarang #1

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located on the roof of Deeply Fishy, near Robert Kane Memorial Bridge. Another building out in the open with a brightly-lit sign. We love to see it.

Batarang #2

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located in front of Newton Place, at the top of the Cape Carmine Lighthouse. Similar to the water towers or churches (those are coming up), these batarangs are always at the highest point of the structure.

Batarang #3

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located on the water tower close to the middle of Newton Place. That’s right, folks, we’ve got another water tower. Which means, we’ve got another batarang at the very top of a water tower.

Batarang #4

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located near Atlantis Avenue, right above the Monarchy Theater sign. If it helps, you can discount the street altogether and simply locate the Monarch Theater. The sign, however, is in a dimmer space.

Batarang #5

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located close to Crown Point Avenue, next to a sign that reads “SuperFast Shipping.” The batarang is to the right of the sign, on one of the ledges of the building.

Batarang #6

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located at yet another water tower, this one on Crown Point Avenue. And yes, it’s at the top of it.

Batarang #7

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located behind Knightsdome Sporting Complex, on top of yet another water tower. How many water towers are in Gotham for crying out loud?

Batarang #8

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Bowery — Located in an alleyway close to Croydon Avenue. Alleyways can be tricky in Gotham Knights, and utilizing the AR scan in these instances is a smart call.

Batarang #9

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Otisburg — Located on the construction crane on Gardner Street. Similar to the water towers, there are multiple instances of a batarang on a crane. You will always find them at the top of one, if they’re involved.

Batarang #10

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Otisburg — Located directly behind the first tower of St. Aloysius Church. This is the first of at least two churches, and you’ll find the batarang you’re looking for at its highest point.

Batarang #11

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Otisburg — Located by the train station in front of Wayne Tower. If you’re coming from Wayne Tower, simply walk straight ahead. You will see your prize in no time.

Batarang #12

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Otisburg — Located on top of another building that’s under construction, on Berger Avenue near Foxteca.

Historic Gotham Batarangs

Moving along to Historic Gotham, you’ll be able to find 12 more batarangs split between Old Gotham and Tricorner Island.

Batarang #1

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Old Gotham — Located at the very top of the hotel close to St. Aloysius Church. Once again, on Grand Avenue. Using the AR scan would help here, but first noticing HOTEL up in lights will go a long way.

Batarang #2

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Old Gotham — Located on Finger Street at the top of the ticket booth. The ticket booth is small and this location is fairly tucked away, but that also means there isn’t much in the way of distractions.

Batarang #3

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Old Gotham — Located at the tallest point of Gotham City Cathedral. At the tippy top.

Batarang #4

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Old Gotham — Located at the very top of the tallest building near Logerquist Avenue. Once you get to this street location, all you need to do is look up. That’s your building.

Batarang #5

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Old Gotham — Located directly behind Gotham City Hall, or in front of it depending on where you’re coming from. And again, directly so.

Batarang #6

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Old Gotham — Located next to Gotham Bay Bridge, at the tallest point of St. Swithuns Church. We’ve got another church, folks! Some of them even have gargoyle vantage points at the very top.

Batarang #7

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Tricorner Island — Located on the Statue of Justice near St. Adrian Avenue. If you’re looking for the hand holding a torch, that’s where you’ll find that batarang.

Batarang #8

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Tricorner Island — Located near some cannons on Fort Dumas. It is on top of one of the brick walls and will require some strafing, but that’s about as difficult as these collectables go.

Batarang #9

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Tricorner Island — Located close to the entrance of the Robert Kane Memorial Bridge, behind a sign exit sign that reads “North Bowery.” Once you’ve located that sign, you’ve all but located the batarang.

Batarang #10

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Tricorner Island — Located at the very top of the NTS New Tricorner Shipyard, between South and Quarterdeck Road. Have we mentioned how often these reside at the very top of buildings?

Batarang #11

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Tricorner Island — Located on a lamp near the center of Robert Kane Memorial Bridge and Quarterdeck Avenue. This, quite honestly, is one of the more intriguing locations.

Batarang #12

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Tricorner Island — Located near Operations Road, next Kane Industries. It’s on a slope; it’s marked as on the slope above. Find Kane Industries, and look to the left.

Downtown Gotham Batarangs

And last but certainly not least, Downtown Gotham’s batarangs are divided up between the Financial District and West End.

Batarang #1

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Financial District — Located at the top of Gotham City General Hospital. The very top. It’s impossible to miss this building once you’re in the area.

Batarang #2

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Financial District — Located at the top of the Elliot Center. Another building with a name on your map, another instance of a batarang being easy to acquire.

Batarang #3

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Financial District — Located at the top of the Gotham City Shopping Center.

Batarang #4

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Financial District — Located at the top of the Union Station Belfry Clock Tower. Players should be very familiar with the Belfry, as it serves as their home base. This batarang is, again, at the very top. Whether it’s a clock tower or water tower, what you’re looking for is the same. Go to the highest point and you will be rewarded.

Batarang #5

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Financial District — Located in the center of the Gotham City Tower Apartments. Another little area that is tucked away.

Batarang #6

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Financial District — Located on top of the clock tower, not a water tower this time, within the Gotham City Ferry Corporation.

Batarang #7

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

Financial District — Located on Quartz Lab. It’s on one of the lower ledges of the roof.

Batarang #8

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

West End — Located next to Classy Glasses on Storrow Street. The sign for the storefront is clear and bright, so if you happen to see that as you approach, you’re on the right track.

Batarang #9

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

West End — Located on the roof of the Gotham City Gazette. It is behind the ‘C’ it City and within a fenced area. If you haven’t already, there may be a side activity that triggers once you get to this rooftop.

Batarang #10

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

West End — Located near a billboard that reads “POLICE” close to the Chelsea Tunnel Entrance. It is on the rooftop of a building behind said billboard. Use that as your marker.

Batarang #11

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

West End — Sticking with the Chelsea Tunnel, this one is located at a train station displaying a red exterior. The train station looks a little run down, but with that in mind, we’re once again asking you to use that AR scanner.

Batarang #12

Image Source: Warner Bros. Interactive via Twinfinite

West End — Located on the roof of the GCPD Crimes Unit building near the middle. Make your way towards the top and you’ll secure it in no time. If you have found these batarangs in this order, then this is your final batarang to collect.

Alright. How are we? Think carefully before you answer.

Because that’s that, Bat-family. It’s not quite to the degree of Riddler trophies in Arkham City, of course, but those are all the batarang locations in Gotham Knights.
