Bandai Namco 2017 Game Releases
Bandai Namco is always keeping busy, and 2017 will be no different for the company. They already have a solid lineup of games (both exclusive and multiplatform) set to release over the next 12 months, and that’s not even accounting for what surprises may spring up at coming events.
The heavy hitters coming from Bandai Namco this year are Tales of Berseria, Digimon World: Next Order, Tekken 7, and Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. Tales of Berseria is the latest entry in the long-running, fan-loved series and will be heading to the PS4 and PC very soon. Digimon World: Next Order is a PS4 exclusive here in the west (it released on Vita in Japan). It’s the second game in as many years to make its way over thanks to being requested by fans. Ni No Kuni II is another beautiful RPG. This time, though, Studio Ghibli is not part of the development, although the game will maintain that signature art style that fans of its predecessor will surely recognize.
Tekken 7 is definitely one to keep an eye out for from Bandai Namco, as it’s been a while since the popular fighter has gotten a proper release in the west. To make matters even more interesting, it includes Street Fighter’s Akuma, complete with his famous move-set and EX Bars.
