Dropped Items EFX

Recommended Videos

Sometimes, when you’re busy fighting with a monster or dealing with other hazards that may cross your path, it can be difficult to see important monster drops or slinger ammo and this mod helps you out with all that.

With this Monster Hunter PC mod from IIICrimsonIII, you can easily see certain types of drops thanks to some flashy lighting effects that hover over the items.

It’s a simple change but can really come in handy if you sometimes miss out on rare items/materials.

Play as Rajang

Rajang is an OG Monster Hunter creature that was recently added to Iceborne and it packs a huge monkey punch, but what if I told you that you could now play as Rajang with this mod from hao00544?

It may look odd at first to see a tinier version of Rajang holding a big ol’ weapon but wait until you see it drinking/eating before going out on a quest –the result is hilarious.

Your teammates might stare you down for a second but once they get to know you, I’m sure you’ll fit right in. Not sure what’ll happen if you go on a Rajang quest though…

Display Monster HP and Damage Output

Monster Hunter has always been a series that hides the health points of the large monsters that you have to fight. Not only does it make it harder to complete a quest but capturing the monster can be a pain in the butt if you’re not sure how long it has until it dies.

You have to watch the monster’s movements and when it starts to limp, that’s the opportunity to cap it or do whatever it is you need to do. With this mod though, you can see how much HP every monster has and you can also check out the damage output from your squad, which is very helpful.

You can download this one from lenshang right here on Nexusmods.

Lightning Farron as a Palico

There are already some Final Fantasy crossover events in Monster Hunter: World, but thanks to this mod from AsteriskAmpersand (great name btw), you can bring the main character from Final Fantasy XIII into the game as a Palico companion.

This mod replaces the Mega Man Palico armor, due to some odd technical reason, and lets you hunt monsters with Lighting by your side.

Doomguy Has Joined the Session

Doomguy’s Marine Armor might be one of the most iconic pieces of equipment in gaming history and now you can wear it yourself while you go hunt a Velkhana in Monster Hunter.

This mod also comes from AsteriskAmpersand and acts as a cosmetic replacement for the Brigade armor layered set –what a fantastic way to get yourself ready for Doom Eternal.
