Square Enix North America has just uploaded a brand new video on its YouTube channel, promoting a new title for the 3DS. And that game is Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call.

That’s right, Square Enix has finally confirmed a Western release for the title this year. The trailer shows off new tracks (well, they’re actually old tracks that are new to Theatrhythm) including Figaro Castle from FFVI, and Someday The Dream Will End from FFX. Curtain Call will also feature tracks from Final Fantasy Type-0, the Japan-only PSP game that came out a few years ago.

New songs aren’t the only additions being made to this Theatrhythm sequel; the trailer also shows off a character sprite for Hope Estheim from FFXIII. If you’re a fan of Final Fantasy’s outstanding soundtracks, and rhythm games, this is definitely a title to be on the lookout for.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be released on the 3DS and is expected to be out some time this year.
