Star Ocean 5 Delayed to 2016

Star Ocean 5 more months.

Square Enix has announced today that the upcoming Star Ocean 5 will be releasing on February 25, 2016 in Japan. The title was originally due out later this year, but has slipped a few months for an as of yet unknown reason.

No adjusted date has been given for the US and Europe, however, considering a localization was already confirmed earlier this year, and given that Square Enix has been making a very concerted effort with their localizations, it’s doubtful that this’ll take more than a few months to become available in English. The game is looking really sharp, so a delay isn’t at all a bad thing in this case.
