Update: Here’s a trailer showing off that nutty action. Think you can handle it?
Aside from showing off the single player portion of the game, 343 came to E3 to show off a new multiplayer mode for Halo 5: Guardians. Unlike previous entries in the series, matches will hold up to 24 players instead of the regular 16. 343 also took the time to show off some of the Warzone multiplayer mode, which has AI controlled enemies and maps 4 times the size of any past Halo map.
The glimpse at Halo 5’s Warzone is pretty brief, but it shows chaotic multiplayer action that fans have come to expect from the series. It’ll be playable at E3 starting today, meaning that we’ll give our impressions on it if we can so you know what you’re getting into when you buy Halo 5 on October 27.
