The Fallout 4 hype is real, but now it’s so real that it has been carved onto a trophy and handed to Bethesda in the 33rd annual Golden Joystick Awards.
Streaming earlier this morning, the Golden Joystick Awards presented 23 glowing accolades for categories like Studio of the Year, Best Visual Design, and eSports Icon. The Witcher 3 swept up pretty well, collecting five awards including Ultimate Game of the Year. But that didn’t stop Fallout 4 from taking the spotlight before even releasing.
Most Wanted Game wasn’t Bethesda’s only win of the night, also picking up the Best Mobile award for Fallout Shelter. Bethesda shared their excitement and an image of their spoils on Twitter earlier today.
Fallout 4 releases November 10 on PS4, Xbox one and PC. If you’re already peeing in anticipation, maybe check out the released trophy/achievement list or the leaked menu screen. Haven’t pre-ordered yet? Make sure you choose wisely from the large number of pre-order bonuses, bundles and special editions.
