Players who have earned the Platinum Trophy for Bloodborne are getting an exclusive PlayStation 4 theme, a premium reward for tireless trophy hunting.
Following reports that many users were not receiving the offer, Sony President of Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida confirmed on Twitter that the theme is only “for European players.” If you aren’t amongst the EU Bloodborne platinum crowd, you can check out the congratulatory email below.
For EU users with the Platinum trophy who haven’t gotten their email yet, some users are suggesting unblocking newsletters or subscribing to PlayStations newsletters using your email account to fix the issue.
