The quest will be released on September 15th, which is the same day that The Taken King is getting released. Unfortunately, if you don’t have the Red Bull code, you’re going to have to wait until January 1st to try the it. The quest in question is a multi-stage mission that will “test the speed and strategic abilities of Destiny players in new ways.”

Besides the new mission, from July 1st you’ll be able to use the codes to get “focused light.” “Focused light” is a one-time consumable bonus which will give you a bonus experience point buff that increases all experience gained by 50 percent for 30 minutes. These codes can only be used until the end of July and you’ll be able to redeem multiple codes, though only one “focused light” can be activated at a time.

All of these codes will be found inside promotional cans of Red Bull which will include images of Destiny, as well as the eSport gamer, Michael “Flamesword” Chaves, who is a member of OpTic Gaming. Once the Red Bull quest launches on September 15th, Michael Chaves will also be sharing tips and tricks.

These cans will go on sale exclusively in 7-Eleven stores in July before being sold in other stores in August. Walmart will also start selling a Destiny-branded four pack of Red Bull closer to the release date of The Taken King as well. This four pack will also include a “Mega XP Accelerator.”
