From the jobs listings on Zenimax Media, it shows Tango is looking for around 19 employees to work on a new title that will be developed on the Unreal Engine. Which is a change-up from their usage on the id Tech 5 engine that they used to developer The Evil Within.

While the positions are listed in Japanese, they range from artists, animators, designers, programmers, and most other positions it would require to develop a new game.
