Bioware Announces Mass Effect: Andromeda

Well, EA sure had no problem dropping that bomb, did they? They kicked off their presentation with something everyone has been asking for for years–Mass Effect: Andromeda. The trailer is short, only showing a helmeted N7 operative scanning through a new group of planets set to Johnny Cash music. It shows off jet thrusters, the return of the Mako, and a wicked Omni-tool punch (OUCH), but little else.

Nothing else is known about it, aside from the fact that it’s hitting holiday 2016. Oh man, that’s way too far away for a new Mass Effect.
