Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains Gifs Show off Bloody Death

Oh the humanity.

Unless you’ve been hidden away from the internet, Netflix, or Crunchy Roll for the past few years, you’ll have likely heard of the Attack on Titan series. Originally brought to the world in manga, the property found its way into the hands of animators who brought the stunning franchise to life before our very eyes. Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains will bring the gigantic Titans and ODM gear to our own figure-tips soon on 3DS, with Atlus publishing the western release.

For the benefit of those who may have never come into contact with Attack on Titan, it essentially revolves around humanity’s battle against gigantic humanoid creatures who like nothing more than to gorge themselves on the blood of people. It can make for some pretty gruesome viewing, which could have been lost in the handheld version.

Those who may have feared that the series’ signature mixture of giants and blood would be lost in the game can rest easy, as a collection of gifs from Atlus itself shows that the game will be just as gore-filled as one would hope.

If anything, this could probably become the bloodiest game to come to the 3DS when Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains arrives on western shores in May of this year. Owners of the New Nintendo 3DS or a Circle Pad Pro may also be pleased to know that the game will support both the C-Stick and the peripheral at launch.
