If you’re interested in making your life a little more depressing, then you’re in luck because the President of WZO Games Inc Will O’ Neill has announced that their interactive story Actual Sunlight is coming to the PS Vita on August 11.
Actual Sunlight takes place in Toronto, Canada and follows the life of a young man named Evan Winter. The game will take place across three distinct periods of his life and even the game’s official site admits that gameplay is “minimal, and serves only to move from one part of the (admittedly) text-heavy story to the next”.
While the original version of the game was made using RPG Maker VX ACE, the PS Vita version is being built with Unity 5. The PS Vita version will also feature a “tweaked” interface, as well as larger and smoother text for easier reading. In the comments section on the PlayStation Blog, O’ Neill also revealed that the game will be less than 100MB in size and it will have very small save files as well.
