Caroline & Justine - Aki Toyosaki & Carrie Keranen
The Prison Guard duo are actually voiced by the same person, both in the Japanese and English voice casts. K-On!'s Aki Toyosaki voices the duo for the Japanese vocals, while Carrie Keranen takes care of them for the English voice cast. Keranen hasn't had many major roles in video games up until now.
Munehisa Iwai - Hisao Egawa & Kaiji Tang
Persona 5's mysterious Munehisa Iwai is voiced by 'additional voices' expert Kaiji Tang for the English vocals. He's lent his skills to additional voices in BioShock Infinite, Your Name, and Kingsglaive.
Hisao Egawa picks up the Japanese voicing for Iwai and is best known for his role as Killer B in Naruto, or Falco and Wolf in the Japanese version of Lylat Wars on the N64.
Tae Takemi - Yuka Saito & Kirsten Potter
Tae Takemi is voiced by Rune Factory 4's Yuka Saito, and Destiny's Queen Mara Sov herself, Kirsten Potter. You may have also heard Potter in Fallout: New Vegas as Colonel Moore.
Sojiro Sakura - Joji Nakata & Jamieson Price
The friendly cafe owner Sojiro Sakura is voiced by World of Final Fantasy, NieR: Automata, and Resident Evil: Revelations 2's Joji Nakata. Jamieson Price covers the English voicing who you might recognize as Colonel from Akira, or a number of voices from World of Warcraft's Legion expansion.
Chihaya Mifune - Miyu Matsuki & Sarah Williams
Persona 5's cheerful Chihaya Mifune is voiced by Miyu Matsuki for the Japanese audio track. Matsuki has appeared in a ton of anime, so there's a good chance you've heard her before. Sarah Williams is credited for the English voice acting of Chihaya, who, like a number of other members of Persona 5's voice acting cast, was credited in the recent release NieR: Automata.
Sadayo Kawakami - Mai Fuchigami & Michelle Ruff
Sadayo Kawakami is one of the teachers at Shujin Academy. For the Japanese audio track, Mai Fuchigami is credited for her voicing. Fuchigami is best known for her role as Miho Nishizumi in the anime Girls und Panzer. Michelle Ruff voices Kawakami for the English track who most notably voiced both Juni and C. Viper in 2016's Street Fighter V.
Ichiko Oya - Yumi Uchiyama & Amanda Winn Lee
Persona 5's very own paparazza Ichiko Oya is voiced by Yumi Uchiyama, another voice actress who's frequented a number of different anime shows in recent years. Amanda Winn Lee, who voiced Yukiko Amagi in Persona 4, Dancing All Night, and Persona Q, has returned to provide the English voice for Ichiko.
Hifumi Togo - Tomomi Isomura & Eden Riegel
Hifumi Togo is a student who attends Kosei High School and is the Female Shogi champion. Her English voice is credited to American Pie and Year One's Eden Riegel, who also claimed the voice credit for Devola and Popola in NieR: Automata. Tomomi Isomura voices Hifumi for the Japanese audio whose voice acting careers is in its early days.
Shinya Oda - Aki Kanada & Barbara Goodson
Shinya Oda is another one of the kids you'll be able to get talking to in Persona 5. His voicing credits go to Line Town's Aki Kanada, and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' Barbara Goodson.
Yuki Mishima - Daisuke Sakaguchi & Sean Chiplock
Yuki Mishima is another Shujin Academy student you'll come across in Persona 5. Daisuke Sakaguchi, best known for his roles as Shinpachi Shimura in Gintama, and Himuro Kei in Paprika voices Yuki for the Japanese vocals. Meanwhile, Sean Chiplock is credited with Yuki's English voicing. Chiplock's most recent notable credit comes as Revali, Teba, and the Deku Tree in Breath of the Wild.
Toranosuke Yoshida - Keiichi Noda
Toranosukue Yoshida is desperate to change Japan for the better, and during the course of Persona 5 is attempting to seriously enter Japan's political system. He's voiced by Keiichi Noda who is best known for his roles as Otto in 1978's Captain Future, and as the narrator in Sanbiki no ossan.
Sae Niijima - Yuko Kaida & Rachel Kimsey
You'll be introduced to Sae Niijima early on in Persona 5 as a detective interrogating your character as he recalls past events. Those listening to the Japanese voice track will hear the voice of Yuko Kaida. Persona 5 isn't her first video game credit with her having voiced Patty in Dragon Quest Heroes II, and Clare Redfield in Resident Evil: Revelations 2.
Sae Niijima's English voice credit goes to Rachel Kimsey who actually voiced Nozomi Nakahara in Persona 4: Dancing All Night.
Suguru Kamoshida - Yuji Mitsuya & DC Douglas
Suguru Kamoshida is someone you'll come face-to-face with early on in your Persona 5 adventure. The PE teacher at Shujin Academy is voiced by Dragon Ball Z's Yuji Mitsuya who played Kaioshin in the anime. The English voice work for Kamoshida was performed by DC Douglas. The voice actor also has another three video game credits for 2017, including NieR: Automata and Fire Emblem Heroes.
Ichiryusai Madarame - Yukitoshi Hori & Kyle Hebert
Persona 5's Ichiryusai's voice work was done by the duo of Yukitoshi Hori & Kyle Hebert for the Japanese and English tracks respectively. Hori has done a ton of voice work in video games before, most notably as Lu Meng and Dong Zhuo in the recent Dynasty Warriors titles. Hebert, meanwhile, brings his wealth of experience from voicing Gohan and the Narrator in Dragon Ball Z and puts it to work here for the English voicing.
Junya Kaneshiro - Kazunari Tanaka & Jalen K. Cassell
This short and stumpy character is one you'll meet a little later in Persona 5. Kaneshiro's Japanese voicing is credited to Kazunari Tanaka, who has voiced the Referee in the Dragon Ball Super anime. Kaneshiro's English voice work is credited to Jalen K. Cassell, whose only other voice acting credit in video games was as Krishna in Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final last year.
Kunikazu Okumura - Hirohiko Kakegawa
This smart-looking guy is one of the major characters in Persona 5. He's voiced by Hirohiko Kakegawa, whose list of video game voice acting credits is fairly extensive. Kakegawa has voiced Zhang Fei and Taishi Ci in the Japanes versions of the Dynasty Warriors series since 2000's Dynasty Warriors 2.
Wakaba Isshiki - Minako Arakawa & Erin Fitzgerald
Wakaba Isshiki's English voice acting was done by none other than Erin Fitzgerald. She has a ton of voice acting credits, but has most recently voiced the Viking Soldier in For Honor and Beauvoir in NieR: Automata. If you're listening to the Japanese voicing, it'll be Minako Arakawa's voice you'll be hearing. She's best known for her roles as Ito in Blood Reign: Curse of the Yoma and Capt. Nebulart in Gall Force: Stardust War.
Masayoshi Shido - Shuichi Ikeda & Keith Silverstein
While you won't meet Masayoshi Shido till later in the game, he's a pretty important character in Persona 5. His voicing credits go to Shuichi Ikeda, best known for his work as Char Aznable in Mobile Suit Gundam, and The Spectacular Now's Keith Silverstein.
Shiho Suzui - Akemi Sato
Shiho Suzui is one of the students you'll meet at Shujin Academy in Persona 5. She's voiced by Akemi Sato, whose recent video game credits include Hinata Osaki in Yakuza 5, and Nyotengu in Dead or Alive 5's Japanese version.
SIU Director & Inui - Tomohisa Aso
Tomohisa Aso has been busy in Persona 5, voicing both the SIU Director and Inui for the Japanese audio track. He's got his fair share of voicing credits including Pastor Nick in Attack on Titan, and Peppy Hare and James McCloud in the Japanese version of 1997's Lylat Wars.
Sugimura & Hiruta - Hisayoshi Suganuma
Hisayoshi Suganuma voices two minor characters in Persona 5, Mr Hiruta of Shujin Academy, and Sugimura the fiance of another character. Suganuma is another long-term credit in the Dynasty Warriors series, having voiced both Sun Quan and Jiang Wei in the Japanese versions since 2000.
Natsuhiko Nakanohara - Kazumasa Fukagawa
Natsuhiko is one of the minor characters you'll meet in Persona 5. His Japanese voicing work was done by Kazumasa Fukagawa whose voice acting career consists of only three other credits. His most notable credit is as Heishi in the Dragon Ball Super anime.
Principal - Keiji Hirai & Richard Epcar
The Principal of Shujin Academy is a stern man, and has great voice acting behind him both for the Japanese and English voice tracks. Keiji Hirai has featured in a number of anime including Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F, Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie, and Darker Than Black. Meanwhile, Richard Epcar voices the Pricinpal for the English track, who voiced the equally stern Giovanni in Pokemon Generations and Judge Cornelius Holden in last year's Mafia III.
Usami - Miki Yoshikawa
Usami is another one of the faculty members at Shujin Academy. Her Japanese voice acting was performed by Miki Yoshikawa who hasn't had a voice acting career up until this point.
