Final Fantasy VII Remake finally has a release date, and the main cast of the early game has finally been unveiled. Here are all the voice actors of Final Fantasy VII Remake’s English voice cast.
Meet the Voice Actors of Final Fantasy VII Remake’s English Voice Cast
Cody Christian – Cloud Strife
Cody Christian is best known for playing Mike Montgomery in Pretty Little Liars, where he took on the role of Aria’s eye candy brother. He’s going to be voicing our leading man Cloud Strife in the Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Britt Baron – Tifa Lockhart
We finally got our first look at Tifa during E3 2019, and she’s being voiced by Britt Baron. Baron made a name for herself, especially with her breakout role in GLOW, where she played Justine.
Briana White – Aerith Gainsborough
Voicing the iconic flower seller is Briana White. She’s made appearances in movies like Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, and shows such as Criminal Minds and Tattoo Nightmares.
John Eric Bentley – Barret Wallace
John Eric Bentley has been in a ton of high profile movies including, but not limited to, Resident Evil: Extinction and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. He’ll be voicing Nick Fury in the upcoming Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, and lent his talents to Kingdom Hearts III as well.
He voices Barret in Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Tyler Hoechlin – Sephiroth
If you love your teen TV shows, you definitely know Tyler Hoechlin. He plays Derek Hale in Teen Wolf, and even took on the role of Superman in the CW’s Supergirl.
In Final Fantasy VII Remake, though, he’s going full edge as the one-winged angel Sephiroth.
Erica Lindbeck – Jessie
Erica Lindbeck is no stranger to video games and anime. She’s voiced Farnese in Berserk, Kanae in Skip Beat!, and is set to voice Carol Danvers in Marvel Future Avengers.
She also voiced Futaba in Persona 5 and Cassie Cage in Mortal Kombat 11. She’s set to voice Jessie, a member of AVALANCHE, in Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Gideon Emery – Biggs
Yet another Teen Wolf alum, Gideon Emery played Deucalion in that show. Emery’s also known for voicing the handsome sky pirate Balthier in Final Fantasy XII, Gaius in Fire Emblem: Awakening, and Urianger in Final Fantasy XIV.
He takes on the role of Biggs in the Remake, another member of AVALANCHE and a staple side character of the FF series.
Matt L. Jones – Wedge
Lastly, we have Matt Jones, who is basically a legend for playing the lovable stoner Badger from the critically acclaimed TV series Breaking Bad. This basically makes him the perfect fit for Wedge, who’s also known for being a bit of a goofy character in FFVII and the Final Fantasy series in general.
