Auvbri
It’s hard to think about a speed build that Auvbri can’t do. This talented Sims 4 builder has created everything from house boats to partially underground housing to homes that are completely underwater. He even found a way to make a hospital look so modern and cool that your Sims wouldn’t mind spend weeks there if they had to. Many of his builds are pretty complicated to duplicate by just looking at them but Auvbri is great at giving tips for others who hope to recreate their own masterpieces. So you can gawk at his creations and learn how to make your own jaw dropping builds all at the same time.
Maria Sims
Not every amazing build has to have multiple floors or take up a huge amount of space. While Maria Sims has some larger builds that are absolutely stunning, she also creates quite a few builds with a smaller footprint that have just as much appeal. Her modern studio loft is a personal favorite but you will easily fall in love with any of her one floor home designs and apartments. Many of Maria Sims’ builds are all about packing as much personality as possible into a smaller footprint—something that results in a cluttered mess for many other Sims players. For this Sims 4 YouTuber, however, she has mastered how to make a small space feel just as intricate and complex as the larger mansion builds.
Simproved
In addition to having your usual collection of beautifully crafted homes and apartments, Simproved has a variety of other builds that are far more unique. While tons of channels have created dog parks in honor of the latest expansion pack, Simproved took things a step further by creating a dog park with a fun safari theme. Playgrounds are another build that aren’t considered unusual or quirky, but Simproved’s “Playground of Death” is a horror-themed creation that is like nothing you have ever seen before. This Sims 4 speed build channel has also become popular for its collection of micro homes — small builds that take the tiny home concept to the next level. These incredibly small homes usually consist of only one or two rooms but have unique designs that easily allow them to stand out in the crowd.
Hatsy
Hatsy has a variety of Sims 4-related content on her page and it honestly is all entertaining. Her channel features videos of her telling real life stories, taking on Create-A-Sim challenges, and some interesting Sim Stories. The vast majority of her content, however, is still speed builds. If you’re looking for a channel that has plenty of other build options and ideas outside of just homes and apartments, Hatsy is a great online destination for you. You’ll find adorable tea shops, Halloween costume shops, pubs, vet clinics, and a gingerbread candy workshop. She has also recreated fun buildings like Weenie Hut Jr. and Mike’s house from Stranger Things.
Deligracy
Deligracy’s YouTube isn’t mostly Sims 4 speed builds but the builds that she does have on display are still worth checking out. This channel features reviews of gaming products, Let’s Play Sims 4 videos, and personal vlogs that make great background content for when you’re playing The Sims 4. What makes Deligracy’s builds worth mentioning is that in addition to having great designs and intricate structures, the ideas behind many of the builds are a lot of fun. This Sims 4 YouTuber has created a half-haunted house, a bachelor pad apartment renovation, and a dream home made for Barbie.
Simmer Kitten
Simmer Kitten is relatively new to the Sims 4 YouTube world with a channel that only recently turned a year old. Despite being the new kid on the block, Simmer Kitten has already garnered a hefty fan base thanks to her sweet personality and beautiful builds. Some Sims 4 builds are more cool than they are truly intricately decorated. Simmer Kitten’s entire channel is packed with creations that make you feel thoroughly convinced that she would become an interior designer. Her specialty certainly comes in the form of themed apartments that range from a modern Scandinavian aesthetic to a small boho starter apartment.
The Sims Gallery
If you have found yourself using a ton of content from a Sims 4 gallery called theholybackpack, you have The Sims Gallery to thank. This channel is packed with a great variety of speed builds with a wide range of aesthetics that ensures any Sims 4 player can find something that fits their taste. Another great feature is that The Sims Gallery consistently shares links to any of the CC content building used in the build. So if you like pulling inspiration from speed builds but don’t necessarily want a carbon copy of the home you see, it’ll be easy for you to round up all the materials necessary to create your own version of the build.
Keep in mind, however, that there is no narrator walking you through the speed builds. Instead you can vibe out to some catchy music as you watch the home or apartment take shape. So if you actually prefer not to hear stories or building tips during speed builds, The Sims Gallery is a great channel to check out.
SophSims
Single floor builds often go unappreciated in The Sims 4. When you have the option of creating massive multi-floor homes that are jetting off the side of the mountain or even dip into the bottom of a lake, it’s easy to overlook the beauty of a great build that leans more towards the traditional side of things. SophSims has a variety of different styles for her builds but she is certainly one of the best when it comes to creating a gorgeous single floor home or penthouse. The floor plans are still intricate and fun and the design decisions on the interior are always simple yet incredibly meaningful. SophSims doesn’t dedicate her channel solely to these one level masterpieces though. You can also see lovely traditional homes, a large and festive Christmas cabin, and a toddler park that’s perfect for play dates.
Devon Bumpkin
There are tons of unique build ideas waiting for you to drool over on Devon Bumpkin’s channel. Devon recently explained that the holiday season has kept him rather busy which caused the pace of his speed build video uploads to slow a bit. The good news is that things are about to pick up again and Devon has promised some festive new speed builds very soon. As for the speed build videos that are already available, Devon’s catalog is another really great one in terms of variety and creative concepts.
His Tokyo Micro Apartments, Futuristic Mansion, and BloodBound Castle are just a few of the creations that will inspire you to take your next build to new levels. If that doesn’t impress you enough, check out his Eco High School, which is an entire high school that is grounded in a “think green” mentality. The build features your usual sets of classrooms and libraries but incorporates a lot of glass for natural light and cozy green spaces. It’s easily one of the most beautifully designed schools you’ll ever see in The Sims 4.
DutchSims4Master
If you have stumbled upon an intricate, modern speed build with clean lines, tons of windows, and an exterior that is just as detailed as its interior, you have likely found yourself on DutchSims4Master’s channel. While DutchSims4Master has a ton of variety in terms of what kind of build you’re likely to see, what’s unmistakable is the creator’s captivating design aesthetic. He is actually one of the very few YouTubers who seems to have his very own signature look for most of his builds. This channel plays host to many modern homes along with a bakery bar, a haunted house, police station, and other builds that the entire community can enjoy.
While a modern aesthetic is definitely one of DutchSims4Master’s strongest areas, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have other impressive styles featured on his channel as well. One of his most popular series was called “Around the World,” which featured a collection of different homes inspired by different regions and cultures from across the globe. From a more traditional Greek home to a lovely Parisian town home, this series highlighted just how many different styles DutchSims4Master can pull off.
