A significant change to one Warzone DMZ Vest – the Stealth Vest – with June 14’s Season 4 update means there may just be a new best vest in town – one that players should look to get hold of whenever they’re infiltrating or extracting.

The Season 4 update dropped on June 14, changing many aspects of the battle royale. TTK has (finally) been slowed and AI presences reduced.

DMZ, the BR’s extraction mode, also received masses of changes. From a seasonal reset to a new PHALANX Faction, there’s tonnes for players to enjoy. One smaller change, which may have gone under the radar in light of Vondel, the FOB and more, may just shake up the meta massively.

Warzone Season 4 Buffs DMZ Stealth Vest

The Stealth Vest received a significant buff with Season 4, meaning players who have it equipped will no longer have their positions revealed by players with a Comms Vest.

On top of that, players using the Stealth Vest will not trigger a callout from enemy players with a Comms Vest. It more or less multiplies the Stealth Vests effectiveness, ensuring that it does what it says on the tin: keeps your location covert and your movements difficult to track.

Stealth Vest Recipe

Like other gear in Warzone DMZ, you do need certain items to attain others. For the Stealth Vest, players need to accumulate the following:

  • Two Electrical Components
  • Comic Book
  • Game Console

It’s not especially difficult and well worth the effort given the vest’s buffs. You can check out all item combination recipes in Warzone DMZ or the mode’s full patch notes to work out everything that’s changed (it’s a lot). Like past seasons of DMZ, it’s probably best to get hands on with the mode to figure it all out.

We’ll be doing that and covering all there is to cover in the coming weeks and months, so stick with us at Twinfinite.
