One of the coolest things in Gotham Knights is the myriad of outfits for every character in the game. Each Bat Family member gets a large number of outfits and cosmetic options per suit, and it’s fun to see the difference between all of them. If you’re wanting to do the same, we have all the information on how to change your clothes and get more outfits in Gotham Knights.
How to Change Costume in Gotham Knights
There are a few ways to get to the menu to be able to change your suit in Gotham Knights.
Using either the Batcomputer in the Belfry or holding Touchpad (View button on Xbox) head into the Gear section of that menu. From here, tab to the fourth tab labeled Styles. From here you have a few other options.
If you just want a new suit, you can select something else along the track that says CURRENT SUIT, but these are just “Transmog Suits” that can’t be customized.
Whatever suit you do actually have equipped can be changed in five separate ways.
- Colorway: A large number of alternate color palettes.
- Cowl: Three choices of mask per suit.
- Symbol: Three choices to change the character’s symbol per suit.
- Gloves: Three choices of gloves per suit.
- Boots: Three choices of boots per suit.
The only way to actually equip a new suit that you can customize is through crafting or collecting gear and then equipping it through the Loadout tab.
How to Get New Outfits in Gotham Knights
Similar to the above, new suits/outfits in Gotham Knights are gained through either crafting them or finding gear loot out on patrol each night.
Note: The street clothes that the characters wear in the Belfry cannot be changed, only the superhero outfits.
However, regardless of what you craft or find out on patrol, you can’t actually equip any of it or change your Loadout at all until you return to the Belfry.
Any new suit(s) that you craft/find are immediately unlocked for use as Transmog options.
That is all there is to know when it comes to how to change your clothes and get more outfits in Gotham Knights. We have a guide on unlock times for all digital preorders if you are curious.
