One of the two following sets of objectives may give you pause, but it’s rare enough to see a POTM SBC only require two sets of objectives in the first place. Players will also receive a reward pack for completing each build.

The requirements, as well as the rewards for completing each, can be viewed below.

Tactical Emulation [Reward: Gold Pack]

  • Min. 1 Napoli Player in your Starting XI.
  • Min. 83 OVR Team Rating.

Serie A [Reward: Small Gold Players Pack]

  • Min. 1 Serie A Player in your Starting XI.
  • Min. 85 OVR Team Rating.

We’re not going to lie to you, these rewards are certainly on the lesser side. Especially so when you consider that the POTM you’re potentially acquiring only boasts an 82 overall. Nevertheless…

While Kim Min-Jae boasts good speed for a CB, and has solid defensive/physical traits to match, it may be hard to rationalize putting this amount of in-game currency into acquiring him. Still, the choice of whether he’s worth it or not remains yours. In either case, here’s what we’ve come up with.

Tactical Emulation: ~7,500 – 9,500 Coins

For what it’s worth we do all these builds with Concept Players, as they present players the opportunity to experiment with their builds. For this particular squad, we clearly had plenty of fodder lying around.

That said, you shouldn’t have to go above 1,200 coins or so (Gakpo) per player in order to meet this requirement. Osimhen ticks the Napoli box and despite his pace, can be had for 900 or so coins. After that, it’s all about who is cheapest.

Players should only have to spend between 650-900 coins for each of the other positions in order to fulfill this slate of objectives. Take a deep breather, however, because it’s going to get a little goofy below.

Serie A: ~60,000 – 75,000 Coins

We even tried including an 86-overall goalkeeper on the cheaper side to see if we could get away with a couple more 84-rated players for this build. No dice. Now the transfer market does fluctuate with regard to price, so keep checking back before this SBC expires.

For the time being, players will have to spend big in order to fulfill this 85 squad rating requirement. An 82-overall CB can be had for much cheaper, comparatively. Throw in low-level pack rewards and it becomes even more difficult to recommend this.

As it stands, this is all you need to know in order to complete the Kim Min-Jae Serie A POTM SBC in FIFA 23. Will you be taking a chance on this one? Be sure to sound off below!
