Activision’s battle royale, Call of Duty: Warzone, has been a massive success with over 100 million players. Such a massive player base would naturally mean an expansion to as many platforms as possible, in order to keep the fanbase growing. With that in mind, the question has arisen of whether Call of Duty: Warzone would be available on mobile devices. Let’s answer that question right here.
Is Call of Duty Warzone on Mobile?
Well… not yet. But it’s coming; Activision first announced in March that a mobile version of Call of Duty: Warzone was in the works, and today, the publisher has officially released a teaser trailer confirming its existence.
Not much else is known about this port, though the official Warzone Mobile Twitter page confirmed that we would see more of it at the Call of Duty: Next showcase on Sept. 15. This will come alongside the full multiplayer gameplay reveal of the next mainline installment, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. Here’s hoping this showcase offers a release window so that mobile players can get in on the Warzone action.
