Crossplay in Friday The 13th: The Game Explained

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but, no, Friday the 13th: The Game, unfortunately, does not feature any sort of crossplay between platforms right now.

This means that if you’re playing Friday The 13th: The Game on PS4 and your friend is playing the same title on Xbox One, you won’t be able to play online together.

Instead, only players on the same platform will be able to play Friday the 13th: The Game together, meaning only those on a PS4 can play online with others on a PS4, or only those on a PC can play online with others on a PC, etc.

Will Crossplay Ever Come to Friday The 13th: The Game

Unfortunately, thanks to ongoing legal woes, developer Illfonic, and publisher Gun Media officially ended support for the game back in June last year. As a result, the game will no longer receive any further patches or updates, so crossplay is likely not going to be coming to the game any time soon.

So, there you have it. We hope this helped to shed some light on whether Friday The 13th: The Game supports crossplay. For more, here are all the counsellor characters and stats. And as always feel free to peruse the relevant links down below.
