How to Get Crown Influence in Destiny 2 & What It’s Used For

In Destiny 2, Crown Influence is a resource that is used to rank up the Crown of Sorrow, the seasonal Vendor for The Season of the Haunted. The Crown of Sorrow can be found on the H.E.L.M and is located in a room down the stairs to the left after you spawn in. How to get Crown Influence

Crown Influence can be earned in numerous ways, and most of them will revolve around the Derelict Leviathan location on the Moon. Players can visit this area and complete assorted tasks and activities that will reward them with Crown Influence. Before doing that, it is advisable to visit the Crown of Sorrow on the H.E.L.M and collect some bounties, as these will also reward you with Crown Influence when completed.

  • Crown of Sorrow Bounties
  • Complete Seasonal Challenges
  • Opening Sever chests
  • Collect Petrified Egregore on the Leviathan
  • Open Cabal chests on the Leviathan
  • Finish Patrols on the Leviathan
  • Complete Nightmare Containment Tiers aboard the Leviathan

What is Crown Influence Used For

Crown Influence is automatically added to your Rank with the Crown of Sorrow that can be found in the H.E.L.M. Each time you rank up, you will get access to a seasonal Umbral Engram and a new Rank reward that can be collected by visiting the Crown of Sorrow and interacting with it.

These rewards include important resources like Ascendant Shards, Figments of Darkness, and Enhancement Prisms. Players should find it quite easy to rank up the Crown of Sorrow given all the different ways to get Crown Influence.
