All Game Modes in Halo Infinite Season 2 Multiplayer

There are three new game modes coming to Halo Infinite’s multiplayer once Lone Wolves kicks off. These are as follows:

  • Last Spartan Standing
  • Land Grab
  • King of the Hill
  • Team Snipers
  • Team Doubles
  • Ninja Slayer
  • Vampireball
  • Rocket Repulsors

Last Spartan Standing is a free-for-all elimination mode, essentially meaning once you’ve been killed, you’re out of the game for good. 12 players will spawn on Big Team Battle maps with a confined loadout and five respawns. Once a player gets a kill, they can upgrade to a different weapon in the match. When one Spartan is left, the match ends and they’re declared the winner.

Land Grab sees three neutral zones placed around the map. When a zone is captured by a player, it gives their team one point. When all zones are captured, there’s an intermission before three new neutral zones spawn. The first team to score 11 points wins.

Then, we’ve got King of the Hill. When a player stands on a neutral hill uncontested, it’s captured and earns one point per second in a capture bar. When the capture bar is full, they score one point and a new hill spawns elsewhere on the map.

All three of these modes will be available from the very beginning of the Lone Wolves season when it starts on May 3, 2022.

In the latest ‘Season 2 Modes Preview,’ 343 Industries also noted that there will be some new variants coming sometime in the new season. These are Ninja Slayer, Vampireball and Rocket Repulsors. We’ve explained these below:

  • Ninja Slayer – Infinite ammo Energy Swords and Grappleshot loadouts, with only Grappleshots and Power Equipment on-map.
  • Vampireball – Oddball but the carrier is no longer nerfed. Instead, the Skull is a one hit kill and has a 50% Shield Vampirism.
  • Rocket Repulsors – Infinite ammo Rocket Launchers and Repulsor Loadouts. Rockets can be deflected with Repulsors, or you can use it to jump out of the way of the incoming projectiles.
