The new airport is Sendai, the largest in Tohoku and home base of Ibex Airlines. Another element that makes it interesting is the presence of the Civil Aviation College, so you’ll have to deal with an interesting mix of commercial and private traffic.

For now, it has been announced only for Japan, and it’ll launch on January 20 for 10,120 yen physically, while the digital version will cost 9,020 yen.

At the moment, we don’t know whether it’ll come to the Steam version in English any time soon or not, but you can check out lots of screenshots below.

Speaking of the Steam version, while for now, it isn’t getting Sendai, Technobrain announced that it’ll get New Chitose airport in Sapporo, which is really interesting due to being two airports in one, one side primarily used by commercial aviation, while the other is dedicated to the JASDF.

For the moment, we just have a single screenshot and we know that it’ll release at some point in 2022.

I am an Air Traffic Controller 4 is available exclusively for PC.

If you’re not familiar with Technobrain, the studio also creates excellent airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They already released Yao and are currently working on Osaka Kansai.
