Sieges usually aren’t the high point of campaigns in Total War: Warhammer and its sequel, unless you make extensive use of mods. Creative Assembly decided to change things in Total War: Warhammer III.
The trailer released today shows exactly that, including an extensive rework of siege mechanics and of the maps themselves to making conquering a settlement more challenging and defending it more rewarding.

Here’s how the publisher officially describes the game:
