Is There a Far Cry 6 New Game Plus Mode?

Unfortunately no, there is no new game plus mode in Far Cry 6.

Upon beating the main story, you’ll be placed back into the world of Yara to finish off any other side content such as Yaran Stories, Treasure Hunts, or capturing FND Bases and Checkpoints at your leisure.

You can also spend some time hunting animals and catching fish to pass the time in a more peaceful and less violent manner if you’re all Guerilla’d out.

While the absence of a Far Cry 6 New Game Plus mode may come as a disappointment to some, the game does have an Insurgency post-game mode that tasks you with completing a number of different things across the map to keep the military from rebuilding around Castillo’s legacy. Completing these earn you a number of rewards including XP and gear.

Finally, you can always take on Special Operations. These are Far Cry 6’s missions built from the ground-up purposefully for co-op, and reward you with Moneda which can be spent at the Black Market at your Spec Ops and Black Market base in whichever camp you’ve built them in.

That’s everything you need to know regarding Far Cry 6 New Game Plus. For more tips, tricks and guides, head over to our wiki or see more of our coverage on the game below.
