Far Cry 6 Preload Times
Update: Ubisoft has shared the below preload and release timings info, to give you specific times you can begin preloading and playing the game on all platforms and regions.
The good news is that Xbox players can already begin preloading Far Cry 6. If you’ve pre-ordered a digital copy of the game, you should find that it’s available to preload or has begun download from your ‘My Games & Apps’ screen.
PlayStation owners will have to wait a little while longer. According to PlayStation Game Size on Twitter, the Far Cry 6 preload on PS4 and PS5 will begin on Oct. 5, two days prior to the game’s official release.
PC players will likely also have to wait until Oct. 5 in order to preload the game. Nothing has been confirmed as of yet, but this tends to be the case with Steam releases. As soon as we have any more information regarding this, we’ll update this post and let you know.
