Once you arrive here, you’re looking out for the character with a mohawk. Make sure you’ve already used any shield potions you’ve picked up and have a fairly powerful weapon equipped. As soon as you get close enough, Riot will begin shooting at you. Keep your distance and aim for headshots to quickly take drain the NPC of its health.

After a few headshots, you should defeat Riot and be able to pick up his Epic rarity Heavy Assault Rifle. You’ll also complete the challenge. There’s not really a whole lot else you need to know in order to complete the quest.

If you’re having problems beating Riot on your own, remember you can always use the Team Assist option to help you complete challenges. Simply buddy up with a teammate, enable Team Assist and then head over to the yellow steel bridge to take care of Riot as a team.
