Is Hood Outlaws & Legends Single Player? Answered

To put it bluntly, no, Hood Outlaws & Legends doesn’t have any form of solo play. It can only be played online as a multiplayer PvPvE title.

This means that the game is designed first and foremost as an online multiplayer title. Each player takes the role of one of four playable characters, and must work together with their teammates to secure a treasure chest. Not only that, but they’ll need to account for each other’s strengths and weaknesses during their heist, coordinating their actions in an optimal fashion so they can take on opposing players and NPCs alike.

This may come as a bit of a bummer. After all, the idea of playing through the classic Robin Hood folktale as one of its key characters is an enticing concept.

However, it’s worth noting that Hood Outlaws & Legends is a fairly fun game to play even without a single player mode. There’s a ton of fun to be had in mastering each character’s specific playstyle, and achieving a good flow with your teammates never gets old.

That’s all there is to it really. Hopefully, this cleared up whether or not Hood Outlaws & Legends is a single player game. For more on the title, be sure to check out some of our other guides on topics like how to raise your character rank and how to retrieve arrows.
