The Krig is unlocked at level 19. You’ll be able to level up to unlock it whether you’re playing Cold War’s multiplayer or Warzone, and should get to it quite quickly. It’ll start at level one, so you’ll then have to work towards unlocking its best attachments.

The best Krig attachments will be similar to those you’d use on other assault rifles. You’ll want a suppressor, the barrel that grants the biggest damage and range boost, a sight that makes fighting over medium range easier, and a larger magazine. Below are the options that we’d recommend using.

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x
  • Barrel: 19.7” Takedown
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Magazine: Salvo 60 Rnd Fast Mag

If you haven’t levelled the weapon up enough to put together the best Krig loadout in Warzone, try to pick attachments you have that are as similar as possible to the ones we recommend. Less impactful silencers, 50 rounds mags, and other grips will be useful, if not quite as good as others.

If you’re looking to use the Krig in Cold War, you’ll want to use a shorter range sight, a silencer might not be necessary, and you could opt for a different rear grip instead of extended mags. Here are some options:

  • Optic: Sillix Holoscout
  • Barrel: 19.7” Takedown
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
  • Handle: Airborne Elastic Wrap
  • Stock: Raider Stock
