There are plenty of quests in Cyberpunk 2077 that offer different options in terms of how they can play out. Automatic Love is one of those quests. Here’s an Automatic Love Cyberpunk 2077 quest guide if need some help getting through it.
Cyberpunk 2077 Automatic Love Quest Guide
To start this quest off, you can either call Judy Alvarez or look for Evelyn at Lizzie’s bar. Calling Judy is optional, so you should do that before showing up at the bar if you want to hear a bit of extra dialogue.
Meeting Judy at Lizzie’s
After Judy says that she doesn’t want to talk about Evelyn in the optional call, you’ll still need to go talk to her anyway. You can ask NPCs at Lizzie’s where Judy is, but she’ll just be downstairs at her usual spot.
The conversation with her can go smoothly for you if you have enough points in the Cool attribute. If you do, she’ll help you out almost immediately. Either way, you’ll need to inspect Evelyn’s cigarette case on Judy’s desk after the conversation.
After inspecting the case, you’ll learn that Evelyn used to work at a nightclub called Clouds. That’s where you’re heading next.
Entering Clouds
Clouds is, of course, found on a high floor in a megabuilding located in Japantown. There’s an elevator on the other side of a market that you’ll need to enter. Once inside, Johnny will start up a conversation – which is something he’ll do multiple times during this quest.
If you arrive too early in the day, you’ll be able to wait on a bench just outside of the club while the game time-skips for you.
Walk in and speak to the receptionist. She’ll want you to jack in to a terminal, and V will have something extra to say about that if you have enough Intelligence points. You’ll still need to jack in, though.
Angel or Skye
After jacking in, the receptionist will ask you to pay $500, pick a safe word, and choose to share a room with either Angel or Skye. Once you make your choice, you can walk around Clouds, or simply enter the room assigned to you.
There isn’t any nudity or anything during your conversation with Angel or Skye, but you can either speak to them to learn more about V or skip the conversation by saying your safe word.
Both of the dolls will tell you that Evelyn was in booth 11 when something went wrong. You can enter that booth to do some optional investigating while Johnny comments on the situation.
The VIP Area
From here, you’ll need to enter the VIP area to talk to another doll named Tom. To enter, you can either steal a VIP access card from one of the bouncers or simply sneak by as their backs are turned.
Once you’re upstairs, Tom can be found in booth 2. He’ll tell you that he doesn’t know much, but that you should talk to Mr. Forrest. Forrest’s office can be found in an area behind a door with a giant “No Entry” sign above it.
Stealth is your best bet here since you don’t have any of your weapons. You can sneak all the way to your objective without fighting though, thanks to the placement of the enemies.
This will be even easier if you have at least nine points in Body, or seven in Technical so that you can open a shortcut that goes right to Forrest’s office.
Make your way to Forrest’s office through the use of quickhacks for distractions, stealth takedowns (if necessary), or opening the right doors if you have high attributes.
Be sure to loot and inspect the rooms on the way to find out more about Evelyn’s whereabouts. The locker room contains Evelyn’s purse along with her schedule.
Confronting Forrest
This conversation can go relatively peacefully, or end in a tough boss fight. You may want to go for the non-violent route, or else you’ll have to fight your way out of Clouds after defeating Forrest.
One of the ways to end this conversation peacefully is to constantly attempt to bribe him. Choosing the “I’ll pay for info,” and “Just wanna make a donation” dialogue options will keep the situation from escalating.
From those options, you can say “one way or another, I’ll find out,” then “get to the point” in order to get the info you need.
Forrest will tell you that Evelyn was sent to a riperdoc named Fingers on Jig-Jig Street. If you handled this peacefully, Forrest will let you use his personal elevator to exit Clouds. Simply use it, collect your weapons, and head outside to finish the quest.
