Star Wars Fans Are Using Baby Yoda as a Christmas Tree Topper

Happy holidays, everyone! Can you actually believe that Christmas is already next week? And that 2021 is right around the corner? I sure don’t. But many people have started decorating their homes with their Christmas trees, and it turns out that Grogu, aka The Child, aka Baby Yoda, has been replacing angels and stars as the number one choice for tree toppers and it’s quite wonderful and wholesome.

Thanks to the ever-growing popularity of the character from Star Wars: The Mandalorian series on Disney+, Baby Yoda is taking the world by storm in a way that we could not even imagine.

Nick Taylor on Twitter has even gone out of the way to somehow place a floating ornament in this image below to make it seem like Grogu is using his force powers to lift it. Is it a string? Is it magic? Who knows!

Here’s another picture of a similar setup, but they have created multiple floating ornaments, also using the same Baby Yoda figure.

This gorgeous tree down below is simple yet elegant, with The Child holding onto an ornament of his own.

This one has reindeer ears attached to Baby Yoda! Too cute!

This guy gets bonus points for putting a holiday sweater on Baby Yoda. The Child looks a bit uncomfortable though. He’s probably sweating under all of that apparel.

What are you doing to my sweet child!? Can he even breathe up there? Give him some damn room!

And then we have Christopher Giroux opting for the OG Yoda as a tree topper and uh… it’s fine. Not the best Yoda out there but hey, you can’t go wrong with the original.

If you’re looking for some Star Wars tree toppers for yourself, Etsy has a great selection.
