Unsurprisingly, Cyberpunk 2077 sold very strongly, achieving the second-biggest launch of the UK behind FIFA 21. This isn’t very surprising considering that the FIFA series tends to be pretty much unbeatable in the island of Her Majesty the Queen.

CD Projekt’s game pushes The Last Of Us Part II down to third place. On top of that, we know that CD Projekt RED’s games tend to do very well on PC, which means that digital sales would push the numbers even higher.

60% of physical sales were on PS4, 35% on Xbox, and the rest on PC.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is still steady in third place, showing the power of its legs. It’s going to be the second-biggest boxed game of 2021 overall, following the unbeatable FIFA 21.

Ubisoft’s Immortals: Fenyx Rising barely failed to make the top 10 on its launch week and its sales then dropped by 45% to rank only 17th this week.

It’ll be interesting to see what kind of sales Cyberpunk 2077 will show over the next few weeks.
