destiny 2 crux convergence heroic public event

With the release of Destiny 2 Beyond Light, players have yet another Public Event that they can take on with friends and other players. The Fallen Brigs event can be made Heroic, like all other Public Events, by triggering them during the ‘standard’ event. In this guide, we’ll talk you through how to trigger the Heroic Crux Convergence Public Event in Destiny 2 Beyond Light.

Triggering the Heroic Crux Convergence in Destiny 2

First things first, you’re going to have to head to Europa and look out for the ‘Crux Convergence’ public event. This will task you with first investigating the Crux arrival site.

When you arrive there, you’ll need to defeat the Fallen to prevent them from communing with Darkness. This will then cause three Brigs to drop, but they’ll be shielded, so ignore them for now.

Instead, what you want to do is look for the shard-like object that you’ve got to stand under to reach 100%, and then keep your eyes peeled for drones flying around it. They look like this:

You should find about three or four drones around each point you need to capture, so destroy them all and then capture the point to get it to 100%.

Now one of the Brig’s shields will be down. Destroy the Brig and then move onto the next point, clearing the three/ four drones, capturing the point, and then destroying the next Brig.

Rinse and repeat this for the third point and Brig, and you should now have triggered the Fallen Brig (Heroic) public event in Destiny 2 Beyond Light.

With the event now turned Heroic, players will need to take down a Fallen Brig that’s about two or three times the size of the three you just destroyed in the normal Crux Convergence public event.
