Kamitani-san talks about the obstacles that Vanillaware had to overcome to release the game, and mentions that 13 Sentinels is what he considers the culmination of all his past experiences and creative skills.

He also doubts that Vanillaware will be able to create another game in the same way this one was done.

While he cannot say for sure how much 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rum will resonate with the rest of the world, he’s “sending this game off with his head held high.

He believes it’s a game worth taking pride in and he feels that it’s Vanillaware’s best work to date.
