While Minecraft Dungeons may be based in the same blocky sandbox world as Minecraft itself, the gameplay focuses on dungeon crawling and slashing your way through mobs of enemies, rather than building whatever your mind can think of. That being said, some players may be wondering if you can decorate your house in Minecraft Dungeons.
For those struggling to find it, you’ll need to make sure you’re at the ‘Camp’ to find your house. From where your world map and the blacksmith are, head in a southeasterly direction and you’ll eventually come across a house.
This is your house, and you’re free to sit in here, explore and pass the time as you see fit. The problem is, the whole of the inside of the house is pretty bare, with nothing to really see or do outside of ogling at the collectibles in the upstairs section.
Can You Decorate Your House in Minecraft Dungeons?
Unfortunately, you cannot decorate your house in Minecraft Dungeons.
There are no crafting tables or crafting elements in the game, so what you see in your house is what you get.
You can add more collectibles and trinkets from your adventures by simply progressing through the game and completing levels on various difficulties. These can be found upstairs, as shown in the photo below.
It’s worth noting, however, that with two pieces of DLC (downloadable content) coming soon for the game, Mojang Studios may opt to introduce more crafting into the game, or the ability to decorate your house. If this does happen, we’ll update this guide and let you know.
That’s pretty much everything you need to know about whether or not you can decorate your house in Minecraft Dungeons. For more tips, tricks, and guides, search for Twinfinite or check out more of our coverage on the game below.
