This is a strange card. On the face of it, he’s looks great, but there are some issues to be wary of. First off, let’s talk about the positives. His defending and physicals are mostly great, his core dribbling stats are good for a defender, and his passing is well rounded.

However, the negatives can’t be overlooked. He’s not especially fast for this period of the game, his agility and balance are really low, and his jumping needs boosting.

How to Complete TOTSSF Mathieu Objectives in FIFA 20

  • La Liga Libero – 300 XP & Two Players Pack – Score 2 goals in 2 separate Squad Battles matches on min. World Class difficulty (or Rivals) using La Liga players with min. 80 physical.
  • Defensive Detail – 300 XP & Gold Pack – Assist in 3 separate Squad Battles matches on min. World Class difficulty (or Rivals) using Defenders.
  • Providing in Portugal – 300 XP & Small Electrum Players Pack – Assist with a Through Ball in 3 separate Rivals matches using Liga Nos players.
  • Formed in France – 300 XP & Electrum Players Pack – Score a finesse goal in 4 separate Rivals wins using French players.

Thankfully, the TOTSSF Mathieu objectives are nice and easy. If you’ve got any La Liga attackers from the guaranteed SBC or FUT Champs rewards, you’ll likely have a player with more than 80 physical. If you’ve got Benzema, then even better, because he’ll cover the French scorer objectives too.

If not, just find someone who fits the bill for one of both of them and sub them into a match in Rivals. Then, just sub in a Liga NOS player and try to assist with a defender and you’ll complete them all in the same match.

You can do them all in Squad Battles, which will be quick, but doing it in Rivals allows you to work towards Sabitzer and Dilrosun at the same time.
