Final Fantasy 7 Remake: All Lost Chocobo Locations

For most of Final Fantasy 7 Remake, you’re without any sort of fast travel system. It’s not really a bother since the game is linear anyway, but towards the end of the game, you do finally have the ability to run around most of the slums. Chapter 15 opens up the Lost Chocobo Search quest at Wall Market. By default you have access to some locations, but you can fully open it up by finding the three lost chocobos. Here are all their locations in Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

As we mentioned above, the quest starts right outside Wall Market proper at the chocobo cart. Chocobo stop sign posts are now scattered all throughout the Midgar slums and you can use them to catch a ride somewhere else to make your side questing life easier before you start the final act of the game.

You learn that the chocobos are scattered in three locations: near the Church, the collapsed expressway, and in the scrapyard back alley.

They aren’t marked on the map and you’ll have to wander around to find them. Fortunately, we saved you the effort and you can see where they are in Final Fantasy 7 Remake on the maps below.

Here’s the church lost chocobo location.

And finally the scrapyard back alley.

Sector 6 Slums: Scrapyard Back Alley

In the case of the scrapyard back alley you’ll need to fend off a group of enemies so be prepared to fight. The other two should be as simple as going up to chocobo and comforting it.

When you’re done, return to the quest giver and you’ll have full access to all of the fast travel locations possible in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. For more tips, tricks and FAQs answered definitely make sure to check out our Final Fantasy 7 Remake wiki guide and read our fully scored review.
