There is only one say left of the Team of the Year promo and EA Sports has finally released the Premier League Player of the Month winner for December SBC. Liverpool’s young full-back appeared in the TOTY, but you can now get a cheaper version of him. How to Complete EPL POTM Trent Alexander-Arnold SBC in FIFA 20
If you do decide to do the SBC, the saving grace is that all of the squads are easy to put together and that, since people are opening packs for TOTY (at least on the day the SBC comes out) high rated players have dropped in price dramatically.
La Liga is generally a good league to use for high rated squads, since it has so many players that are unusable, and therefore quite cheap. Busquets, Casemiro, Courtois, Pique, and the variety of cheap strikers would all be good options.
The Premier League is often quite good too, since there are lots of CBs and goalkeepers and players like Harry Kane and David Silva are good for the forward positions.
Then, you can slip the additional required players in wherever you like in each POTM Trent Alexander-Arnold SBC squad, since the most chemistry you need is 75.
For the Premier League player, one of the 83 or 84 rated goalkeepers are usually good options. Kepa, Bernd Leno, or Jordan Pickford as some of the choices you have.
