It’s a very well rounded card, and will be great for your team if you have any Icons or the Mascherano and Hulk SBC cards from a few weeks ago. If not, he’ll be pretty useless to you though.

How to Complete Flashback Paulinho SBC in FIFA 20

The SBCs actually get easier as they get more expensive. For the 84 and 85 rated squad sections of the group, you’ll get away with using a couple of different leagues and players out of position, and then be able to slip the TOTW player you need in wherever possible.

For the Selecao squad though, you’ll likely need to stick to one league, or at least use Brazilian players who link to other parts of the squad. Both the Premier League and La Liga have plenty of Brazilian players you can use, such as Felipe or David Luiz.

For the TOTW player you need in the Flashback Paulinho SBC, be sure to use a player from current active TOTW, as they’re likely to stay cheaper by being actively packed.
