When you get to the big pyramid room on the tenth floor of the hotel, you’ll notice that there are piles of sand around the entire area, which can be sucked up by Luigi and his vacuum.

When you start exploring the area around the pyramid, you will eventually come across an empty space in the wall behind the pyramid that can be exposed via the dark light mechanic by holding the X button. Doing this will reveal a treasure chest but it’s too high for you to get on your own.
