Once you get to the seventh floor of the hotel, you will be surrounded by flora and fauna as this is a greenhouse-themed stage. Eventually, you will reach the Ivy Bathroom, where you will encounter tons of watermelons.

How to Pick up the Watermelon in Luigi’s Mansion 3

There will be one huge watermelon in the room alongside several smaller ones and while you can use the plunger with Luigi to throw them about, this tactic will not work on the big watermelon blocking your path to the next room.

To get past the big watermelon to get to the next area, you will need the help of Gooigi. All you need to do is shoot the plunger at the watermelon with Luigi per usual and then suck it up by holding the ZR button and then while you’re doing that, press the left stick to take control of Gooigi and then do the same thing with him.

With both of you pulling the watermelon at the same time, you’ll be able to slam that baby against the ground and go on to the next segment of the floor.

Time needed: 1 minute
