Preload and Unlock Times for Luigi’s Mansion 3

Luigi’s Mansion 3 is merely two weeks away from releasing on the Nintendo Switch and if you plan on purchasing the game early from the eShop, you can do so right now so that you can predownload the game so that it’s ready to go on launch day.

According to Nintendo, you will be able to play the game once it unlocks at 12 am ET on the release date, at least for first-party games.

So, for example, if you live on the west coast of the US, you will be able to start up the game and unlock it at 9 pm the night before the launch, which is Oct. 30. But, if you’re in mountain time, it’ll be unlocked at 10 pm the same night. Here’s a handy chart so you can see the differences.

ETUnlocks at midnight
PTUnlocks at 9 pm the night before
MTUnlocks at 10 pm the night before
CTUnlocks at 11 pm the night before

Also, for a limited time only, you can earn up to 600 My Nintendo Gold Points if you pre-purchase the digital edition of the game on the Switch eShop before 9 pm PT on Oct. 30.

Hopefully, this guide told you everything that you need to know regarding the preload and unlock times for Luigi’s Mansion 3.
