How to Complete the Lunar Fashion Triumph in Destiny 2
If you take a look at your Triumphs menu, the Lunar Fashion description reads as follows:
“In Season 8, complete public events on Earth’s Moon while wearing a full set of seasonal armor.”
This sounds pretty straightforward, and you only need to complete 10 Public Events while wearing seasonal armor to get this Triumph. However, if you’ve been attempting to complete this one while wearing the Substitutional armor set, you’ll have noticed that you’re not gaining any progress whatsoever.
This is because the progress only tracks when you’re decked out in the Dreambane set, which is the armor set you get from completing Essence quests in the Shadowkeep main campaign. It doesn’t really make sense, considering that the Substitutional Alloy set should count as seasonal armor as well, but there you go.
If you equip the Dreambane set while completing Public Events on the Moon, you’ll gain progress towards the Triumph.
