How to Get Sacred Prominence in Destiny 2

Sacred Prominence was released shortly after the launch of Shadowkeep alongside the Garden of Salvation raid and the Vex Offensive. Each of these activities added new weapons that players can find that are exclusive to each event.

The Garden of Salvation, being a raid and all, has its own set of unique and powerful legendary weapons and the Sacred Prominence pulse rifle.

Getting Sacred Prominence from Garden of Salvation works the same as it has for every other raid exotic in Destiny 2’s history. You’ll need to complete encounters and open secret chests hidden about Garden of Salvation in order to trigger a drop that has a chance of being Sacred Prominence.

In other words yes, you’ll need to not only be good enough to clear these difficult new raid encounters, you’ll also need to pray to the RNG gods that you get this new legendary pulse rifle instead of the other things that are in the loot pool for Garden of Salvation AKA the raid armor and the other legendary raid weapons.

Unfortunately if you’re not a raider there is no other way to get Sacred Prominence in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. You’ll have to settle for another different pulse rifle, or work at getting a raid group together and to start beating up some bosses and opening up some chests. This is unlikely to ever change based on Bungie’s past history.

That’s all you need to know for how to get Sacred Prominence pulse rifle in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep’s raid Garden of Salvation. For more tips, tricks and FAQs answered, be sure to check out our year 3 wiki guide.
