The Conference Call is basically a beast of a shotgun from Hyperion. Because it’s from Hyperion, the weapon has a front-facing shield, and the additional bonus to the Conference Call is that any damage that the shield takes is returned straight back to your magazine.

As for the stats themselves, just like every other weapon in Borderlands 3, there’s going to be an element of RNG in there. Your roll might not be the exact same as that which appeared above, hence the whole “over 1 billion guns” claim that Gearbox made when first announcing the game.

Borderlands 3 Conference Call – How to Get It

Right now, just like its stats, the Conference Call has a chance of dropping at any given time, ’cause RNG. However, players have seemed to have found that the Katagawa Jr boss battle is one of the best places to farm this legendary shotgun.

This can easily be farmed by heading to the Atlas HQ fast travel station on Promethea, and head up to Katagawa’s penthouse right at the top of Atlas HQ. This requires going through the Lobby of Self-Actualization and heading up the elevator until you reach the suite.

Make sure you trigger the checkpoint right before you drop down into the boss battle, as if the Conference Call doesn’t drop from Katagawa Jr, you can always just back out and load back up to continue farming quickly.
