It’s been almost ten years still that first installment in the Borderlands series. Today Borderlands has grown into a hugely popular franchise. Here’s how to aim down sights in Borderlands 3.
How to Aim Down Sights (ADS) in Borderlands 3
In the wild and zany world of Borderlands you will be constantly acquiring new and interesting weapons. Many of them will be unique and have their own little quirks.
However, every gun will control the same when it comes to aiming down the sights or ADS for short. Below I have included a table to indicate which button will allow you to aim down the sights based on which platform you are playing on.
Aiming down the sights is important for pinpoint accuracy. If you’re trying to take out enemies from afar, hip-firing simply wont be enough.
Platforms | Controls |
Xbox | LT |
PlayStation | L2 |
PC | Right Click |
It’s also important to note that in order to shoot while aiming down the sights you’ll need to hold those buttons down. If you release them you will go back to hip-aiming.
Be sure to try out as many guns as you can get your hands on. The Borderlands series is known for the creativity when it comes to guns. In fact, they even have guns that shoot more guns.
