The NBA is filled with plenty of amazing teams, made up of just as many amazing players. What do you do if you want a tiny state like Delaware to get an expansion team though? Here is everything you need to know about how to create a team in NBA 2K20.

How to Create a Team in NBA 2K20

In order to make your dream team, head to the MyGM/MyLEAGUE section in the main menu. Choose either League Expansion or Custom League

For League Expansion, you can add six teams alongside the current roster.

In a Custom League, you can change every single team available, not just add them.

Once you start to create your team, your presented with where you’d like it to be placed first.

This has you pick your cities, which range from a number of places throughout the US and Canada. Your choice dictates whether it’ll be a large, medium, or small market.

Next, you can select and even create your own logo – found at www.nba2k.com/upload – that’ll represent your new team.

You can now start designing your area, providing you options to change the seat color, sound effects, ads, and plenty more things to give your arena personality.

Just like the arena, you can adjust uniform design, making them as colorful as you want.

Now that you’ve finally got the expansion team your state has always deserved, it’s only a matter of time before they get their first championship. Well, hopefully.
