How to Get Money Fast in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night

The monsters you come across in Bloodstained do drop money at times, but this is not a reliable way of farming them. What you want to do instead is farm them for Shards, which can then be sold to Dominique at the Supply Post.

You can start farming for Shards as early as the starting level in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night, where you begin on the Galleon Minerva. Each time you kill an enemy, they have a chance of dropping a Shard which gives you a new ability.

You could take your excess Shards to Johannes to enhance your abilities; however, if you don’t plan on using a particular Shard, you can sell them to Dominique instead for 300G each, which is quite a bit of money.

To increase your chances of getting item drops from enemies, equip armor and accessories that boost your luck stat. When you find the library at the castle tower, you’ll also be able to borrow the Fortune Tome that gives you a luck boost, which should speed up the farming process a little.

This is easily the best way to farm money in the game, though we also recommend selling your unwanted or outdated equipment as you progress through the game.

What to Use Money for in Ritual of the Night

Money is used to purchase a variety of things in the game, and you’ll largely be spending it on new equipment when you visit Johannes, or restorative items when you visit Dominique.

Money can also be used to purchase crafting materials and cooking ingredients, both of which are essential for getting items required to complete side quests, which reward you with even more powerful equipment.

That’s all you need to know about how to get money fast in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
